Last night - Lourdes Celtic celebrated their 60th Anniversary as a Schoolboys football club.

Lourdes Celtic celebrated their 60th Anniversary as a Schoolboys football club. Over that time, the number of volunteers that have dedicated their time to the children of the area were celebrated in the Mansion House in Dublin. From DDSL we would like to congratulate everyone involved with Lourdes Celtic over that period, with a special mention to Eddie Roche, Bowyer Bradley, Tony Merriman and Shay Le Strange. It was great to see Keith Andrews in attendance and hear his views on Irish football.

A special word of thanks to Lourdes Football Club for taking the time on their special night to honour Fran Ray for his contribution to schoolboy football over the long number of years he is involved in football.

Here's to the next 60 years of working for their community in the Crumlin area - Lourdes Celtic
