DDSL GIRLS World Cup Blitz Fixtures 11th June

As you may know, DDSL/FAI are running a ‘World Cup Blitz’ for u7/u8/u9 Girls & Girls Football for All Players on Sunday 11th June in the AUL. We will have 80 teams playing in the Girls Blitz & 4 Teams playing in the Football for All Blitz.

Together with the New Zealand & Australian Embassies…..who are sponsoring the event…we expect to have a number of guests turning up to wish the Girls well.

This Girls Blitz has been organised in light of the success in the Irish Women’s International Team qualifying for the upcoming World Cup. Our young players are very excited & looking forward to their own ‘Mini World Cup’ but also to our Irish women’s Team heading to their first World Cup Tournament in July.

There will also be an u12 Girls Play-Off for 4 teams in relation to their Division before January when the Leagues were re-graded.
